When you’ve done the work… but still feel the pull
I get it.
Like me, you’ve probably attended many free workshops. You’ve done the work — journaling, reflecting, sitting with yourself.
I have done all of these things over many years. Each of these workshops have given me a little something to work on or given me new insights and perspectives.
And still… sometimes I wondered: “Will this actually give me anything new?”
“Is this just another way to sell something?” You have probably felt that too sometimes. And yet, something inside of me always pushed me to attend anyway.

Something in you is already shifting
I could not let a chance to learn and connect pass me by even if it was uncertain what this might be like for me. Something in me always chose to show up anyway.
Not because I needed more information —but because I knew something inside me was shifting.
I know that many of you feel the same way. What can another workshop do for you? Will there be something presented you have not heard yet? Is it just a way to sell you something?
I want to be completely transparent with you.
This workshop is not about convincing you of anything.
What is the intention behind this free workshop?
I have created this workshop because I know what it feels like to experience new beginnings, oftentimes starting new chapters again and again throughout life. I understand what it takes, how difficult it is to go through with things that feel so right and at the same time feel like the scariest and usually illogical decisions than anything else you have experienced before.
But most of all, I understand how lonely this path can be.
That space can often feel confusing, isolating and lonely.
You start thinking differently.
Feeling differently.
Wanting something more — but not knowing how to speak about it.

You may not feel comfortable to share your deepest feelings and thoughts with anyone in your life anymore in fear of what they might think of you. This is a place that can feel very dark and isolated.
My intention with this workshop is simple:
To create a space where you don’t have to go through that alone.
A space where you can reconnect with your own clarity, without pressure, without pretending, without having to “figure it all out.”
Just one hour. But in the right space, one hour can shift a lot.
My intention with this workshop is for women to see they are not alone and they ARE supported. As women, we need to have the courage to speak to each other without judgement and without wearing our masks, pretending all is as usual. We need to be vulnerable enough to share ourselves as we are and allow the existence of this space, this sacred space of truth, clarity, light, love and connection.

The truth is, this space does not just happen. We need to MAKE this happen. WE need to make time and space for ourselves and each other. By doing this we say YES to support each other and encourage each other on our journey.
I always felt this is what I want to do with my life. I want to connect people in this place. I believe we are done doing things alone.
My intention is to offer this space to those of you who know exactly what I am talking about. And if you don’t, perhaps you know someone in your life who would love a supporting space like this. Share it with them. That is how you show up for each other.
Will there be something sold to me in this free workshop?
As I said, this workshop is purely meant for connecting and doing as much as we can to support ourselves in that one hour we have together. I absolutely believe that we can make a tremendous shift within ourselves in just an hour. I believe that in the right energy and mindset, we can walk out of this workshop feeling a renewed sense of possibility and endurance. I will give you tools you can apply in your own life that supports you beyond this workshop.
Of course, this one hour can only do so much and it is not a one-on-one situation. We will be together as a group. I would not feel right to leave it at that, when I know I can offer more support - more personal support for anyone who wishes to go deeper into this type of work.

That is why I will talk at the end of the workshop about my signature 1:1 program that I created for women who are not done after an hour. For women who decide for themselves they want more. They want more time to go deeper into the work and they do not want to do this alone anymore. For those women, I will talk briefly about my offer as their personal coach and I want to take a short moment to explain the program and logistics of it so there are no questions about what this might be.
But this is not what the workshop is about. This offer is introduced at the end and if you are not interested, you are free to leave the live workshop at any time. But I do want to talk about it live so that I can be available for questions you might have and what better way to do this than to do this live.
I hope this has given more clarity about what this workshop is about and what to expect. And if there is even the softest whisper inside of you telling you to sign up for it - I recommend you take this opportunity.
Take the next step for yourself
It is your turn.
All you have to do is decide you are going to show up for yourself and then take the action step to do so.
This is one of those moments where you either stay where you are —or take a step toward something new.
The workshop is this Sunday, April 12, 2026
