Hello, I’m Karin.
I support people who feel a quiet inner call for something deeper — more clarity, more alignment, more truth in how they live their lives.
Many of the people who come to me are navigating periods of change. Sometimes it’s a gentle transition. Other times it’s a profound inner shift — moments when the life that once felt familiar no longer fits in the same way. Through coaching, mindfulness practices, and intuitive energy work, I help people reconnect with their inner steadiness so they can move forward with greater clarity, balance, and trust in themselves.
My approach is grounded, supportive, and practical — focused on helping you integrate well-being into everyday life, not only into moments set aside for self-care.
My Work & Path
I am also the author of Spiritual Awakening To Peace – A Guide For Your Soul’s Journey, a book inspired by my own experiences with spiritual growth, mindful living, and the quiet unfolding of inner awareness.
The heart of my work is simple: helping people remember that the wisdom they are seeking already lives within them.
Sometimes we simply need a supportive space, gentle guidance, and the right tools to hear that inner voice again.
My Philosophy
I believe well-being is not something we chase only when life feels difficult. It is a form of preventive care for the soul and the mind.
True emotional strength and inner balance are built through small, consistent choices that become part of daily life.
Mindfulness is not something that only happens on a meditation cushion.
It is the way you speak to yourself.

Looking ahead, I am working toward creating a Holistic Wellness Center in Switzerland. A space where people can access coaching, mindfulness practices, energy work, and supportive community in one grounded, welcoming environment.
My vision is to bring together practitioners and seekers in a place where healing, self-discovery, and meaningful connection can naturally unfold.
