This 6 week pre-recorded video course is an inward journey to uncover your true self, inner peace and joy. At your own pace, you will learn practical ways to balance your life and connect with your spirituality. Give yourself the space you need to nurture yourself and be more present in life.


Life can feel overwhelming and like a never ending to-do list at times. Finding peace, calmness and joy may feel out of reach and only for the privileged. These thought patterns are very common in today’s hectic society, however, it is simply a program you have set up in your mind. The good news is that since you have created this program, you can retrain yourself to a new program of your choice. You have the power to free yourself from your own limitations because the truth is there are no limitations other than the ones you condition yourself to. You have everything you need to find and be who you want to be. 

Are you ready to step up for yourself? Are you willing to make space and nurture yourself? Do you feel it is time to choose a fulfilled life regardless of circumstances?

I am inviting you to learn how to integrate meditation and mindfulness into your daily life in order to feel more connected with your true self. This course will take you on a journey where you will discover simple but effective tools and techniques you can apply everyday to feel a positive difference. You will still be able to fulfill your roles in life but with more clarity of who you are, and therefore be not only more productive, but also more joyful and content.

You will discover what it feels like to be more present in your daily life, to expand your awareness and that by taking action to loving self care, you can better share that love and care with others. 

These videos are designed for anyone regardless of experience with meditation. The videos will introduce you to different meditations and exercises, mindfulness techniques, and practical activities that you can apply throughout your day, everyday. In order for you to truly see the change you are seeking, you will need to continue the weekly meditations and activities everyday. You will be given weekly homework assignments which are simply tools for you to apply everyday in order for you to practise all the benefits meditation and mindfulness offer in everyday life when you need it the most. This is a self-study course where you can go at your own pace. I do encourage you to follow the weekly suggestions of action-steps and to practice the meditations and exercises given to you in order to experience the experience you are seeking.

A simple but effective breathing meditation to help you reconnect with yourself.



We will look into the concept that meditation is a practice which can be done privately in our own space, but that we can use the state of meditation in practical, daily life.



This week’s meditation will take us closer to our inner being and find acceptance in what we find.




After we have learned to accept the life we have chosen so far, we are now free to release anything we do not wish to continue anymore. When we learn to release, we will create space to let in the new. 



This week, we will bring the focus on what it is we really want and we will begin to live in that newly created state of being. 



All the weeks up to this week have prepared you to remove layers that may have clouded your vision to see and feel your true self. It is time to apply what you have learned and live your new best version of yourself.

As a mother, teacher, Reiki practitioner and spiritual life coach she is passionate about motivating people to find their own calling within themselves and empower others to follow their soul’s path.
