Energy & Meditation Sessions

A supportive blend of Reiki, intuitive energy balancing,
and guided meditation.

These sessions offer a gentle and grounding experience designed to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and energetic clarity. Through a combination of Reiki, intuitive energy work, and meditation, you receive a calm, nurturing space to release tension and reconnect to your inner equilibrium.

Because energy is not limited by physical distance, remote sessions are equally effective as

in-person work.

Session Options

Single Session — 45 minutes

$95 USD

A focused session to support emotional balance, energetic clarity, and deep relaxation.

3-Session Package — Recommended

$270 USD

Consistency helps energy work integrate more deeply.


Clients often experience the most benefit when sessions are held:

  • every 2–3 days for focused support, or

  • weekly for a gentler pace

After the initial package, many choose:

  • biweekly sessions, or

  • monthly energetic check-ins

Energy work supports the process, but lasting shifts happen through your own readiness, lifestyle choices, and willingness to integrate the practices.

What Happens During a Session

1. Intention Setting (5 minutes)

We discuss how you’re feeling, your focus for the session, and any emotional or energetic concerns.

2. Energy Session (25–30 minutes)

You sit or lie comfortably while I guide your energy field into balance using Reiki and intuitive practices.
You may experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep relaxation — each session is unique.

3. Integration & Guidance (8–10 minutes)

We gently explore what came up and I offer after-care suggestions to support continued balance.

Sessions take place live on Google Meet, so you feel supported throughout.

How to Prepare
To receive the most benefit:

  • Choose a quiet, comfortable space

  • Wear relaxed clothing

  • Silence your phone

  • Lower lights if you wish

  • Have water nearby

  • Allow a few minutes after the session to rest

Energy work integrates best when paired with grounding, hydration, rest, and mindful lifestyle choices.
